Meet Sue in London to chat about jewellery commissioning or remodelling
One of the loveliest aspects of being a contemporary jewellery designer who specialises in commissioning and upcycling / recycling / remodelling jewellery is meeting so many lovely people face-to-face to chat through what's possible and to play a small part in what is often an exciting time for them. It's also a great way for clients to view examples, try on samples and for me to take measurements to ensure we get the best possible finger size too. I schedule meetings in London roughly once per month.
My next date in London is 14th March 2024.
So if you are in the London area and are interested in meeting me feel free to get in touch.
I look forward to meeting you soon!
PS - I am also happy to have an online appointment via Zoom and FaceTime which work really well too. Please do get in touch if you would like to book an appointment.
My trips to London mean I often try and squeeze in an exhibition or a spot of shopping around meeting clients. Who wouldn’t?! It’s a chance for me to soak up the buzz of the city and seek inspiration in everything around me.
Here are some of my favourite spots to meet clients in London…
I am very fond of the St Paul’s area after taking part in Goldsmiths Fair for so many years. My first time was in 2003 and for many years since. As soon as I step foot out of the tube station, lots of happy memories come flooding back. I often meet clients in The Wren Cafe just around the corner from St Pauls Cathedral.
I also love Coal’s Drop Yard, such a wonderful area and mix of so much inspiration. There are several cafes here and I can often find a quiet spot, particularly in the week.
I usually arrive by train, coming into London through Paddington. Perfect for meeting clients mid morning or later afternoon, or evening before I hop back on the train. I have a couple of meeting spots that I like to use close to the station.
Marylebone High Street also works really well and again, finding a quiet spot on a weekday is easy to do.
Simply put, any location between Paddington and St Paul’s is perfect for me, somewhere selling a good cup of decaffeinated tea and delicious cake is always preferred!
