Time flies... where did January disappear to?

I shouldn't really say it, but I will. Happy New Year from me and my workshop buddy, we wish you all a fabulous 2020 - and I'm going to overlook the fact we are in February! I hit the ground running at the beginning of January. Lots of lovely clients had given me time to finish my Christmas orders first, and finish their pieces in January.  And so, with those things pressing on my mind, I jumped back into work with a row of lovely things to finish, which I really loved. (Luckily they did too!) This bespoke commission for my clients' birthday was one of my favourites, and made even more lovely by meeting the couple and planning their ring together.

In mid January I took some timeout, to get a dose of inspiration, choosing to heading off to Japan. It ticked every box, and more. Feeling completely refuelled and refreshed, buzzing with ideas and thoughts for the year ahead. A couple of my favourite images...

I'm now completely back into the swing of February, with orders and jewellery commissions flowing in, and my first show of the year is coming up in March. Perhaps I could class Craft Festival, Cheltenham as my local show, being only just over an hour away. If you would like to come and meet me, try some pieces of contemporary jewellery, I would love to see you. For more details pop over to my Fairs Page.
