How to buy

Buying work couldn’t be easier. Simply choose the piece you would like to order by viewing the collections page. You can then purchase work via the on-line shop, or over the telephone if you prefer. I can accept most major credit and debit cards over the telephone, and also bank transfers or cheques - please use the contact page for full contact details.

Ring Sizing

When using the on-line option, you have the opportunity to select your ring size during the payment process. There is also a 'not sure' option. If you select this, I will automatically post to you a ring sizer for you to identify your size. You can then simply call or email with the measurement. If you are ordering via the telephone, I will send you the ring sizer once the order has been taken.

Security

The on-line shopping system uses PayPal and is very secure. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this facility, most major credit or debit cards are accepted. The payment system does not store your credit card details.

Returns

I am very happy to accept returned items within 7 days of delivery. If you are not happy in anyway with the piece, simply post it back via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that this does not apply to jewellery that has been made to commission. These are non-returnable due to the often very personal design.

Delivery

When your order has been received I will either email (if ordered via the on-line shop), or send a postcard to advise you on the estimated delivery date. If I have the piece in stock you should receive it within 3 working days. If I don’t have the piece already made up, I will do my utmost to make it as soon as I can, usually within 10 working days. If you have an urgent order then, please let me know and I will prioritise to ensure you have it for the date you need.

Postage and Packaging

Postage and packaging is included in the price of all the jewellery on this website. I package all my jewellery in lovely silver and black boxes and are sealed with black ribbon. The boxes are then carefully packaged to ensure the box and it's contents are not damaged in transit.
