Buying work couldn’t be easier. Simply choose the piece you would like to order, then you can either purchase via my on-line contemporary jewellery shop, or over the telephone if you prefer. Most major credit and debit cards can be accepted over the telephone, and we also accept bank transfers and cheques – contact me for details.
When purchasing on-line, you have the opportunity to select your ring size before adding a ring to the shopping basket. There is also a ‘not sure’ option. If you select this, you will automatically receive a ring sizer via the post for you to identify your size. You can then simply call or email with the measurement. If you are ordering via the telephone, we will send you the ring sizer once the order has been taken. All rings will be made to the ring size you specify during the payment process. In the unlikely event that a rings does not fit, then I will re-size the ring free of charge (excluding return postage charges) providing it is returned within 14 days of delivery. You MUST contact me before returning any ring for a re-size. Rings must be returned via a fully insured delivery service. (Please note: I (Sue Lane) am not responsible for the delivery costs of returning a ring for re-sizing or for lost or damaged rings whilst in transit.)
My on-line jewellery shop uses PayPal and is very secure. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this facility, most major credit or debit cards are accepted.

When your order has been received you will receive an email to advise you on the estimated delivery date. If the piece is in stock you should receive it within 5 working days. All items are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. Although diamonds are the hardest known natural mineral and virtually scratch resistant they are not indestructible. It is therefore sensible to remove diamond set rings during sports or during any form of manual work. A heavy knock can break a diamond or damage the setting.

Your silver jewellery can be quickly dipped into ‘silver dip’ cleaning solution. Always wash well in warm soapy water afterwards, and dry thoroughly on a soft cloth. This process will work even if the piece incorporates gold or diamonds.
If you have a matt finished piece of jewellery and it has polished up with wear, it is possible to re-matt the surface yourself by gently using a Scotch Bright pad. This may sound a little crazy but it works well. If you apply small circular action with gently pressure, it will return the finish. If in any doubt, contact me for advice. Alternatively, you can post the piece back to me and I will refinish it providing you cover the postage and packaging costs.
A good idea if you have a piece of jewellery incorporating diamonds and dirt has gathered behind the stone, is to put boiling water in a cup with some washing up detergent and leave the piece to soak for 5 minutes. Then, using an old toothbrush, loosen the dirt and I’m sure you will be please with the sparkle that returns to you stone.
