On Saturday 19th February Georgina Franklin and I hosted a silver jewellery making workshop. We had a very good day, which began by giving new students a demonstration of various techniques and skills that they could use. Next, after coming up with their designs and a little experimentation, students began working in silver. Kate, who is now quite skilled at the bench, worked with an emerald and 18k gold to make a ring.

I am a contemporary jewellery designer maker based in rural Herefordshire. My collection is subtle and pure incorporating clean lines and a soft finish. I pass on my skills through teaching jewellery workshops from my jewellery making studio. All designs are handmade.
