I had a special request last week from my 7 year old nephew, Tom. His friend was 7 yesterday and he wanted to make her something ‘nice’. He had already designed it in this own mind, so when he arrived he was clear what he wanted to make!
He was delighted with it, so was his Mummy – and Nanny who would all like one now… I have heard since that Pheobe liked it very much too!
Tom starting to add the beads to silver wire.
It is really quite technical for small fingers, but Tom managed all on his own!
With the beads finished, Tom soldered ends to the silver chain and added a fastening.
All finished and ready to go!
