1. Contemporary engagement ring, in 18k white and yellow gold with a square diamond.
With spring finally here, it is a joy to be in the studio and feel the sun streaming through the window. We even had a unexpected visitor during a jewellery workshop on Saturday, a swallow flew in to the studio! We managed to rescue it and set it free – it was the most beautiful bird to see close up.
I have been working on several new designs, including contemporary wedding and engagement rings that work together as a set, although are not permantently fixed together. When a customer askes me to make a enagagement ring I always discuss and design it with the wedding band in mind. It is important to me that the two rings work together.
The engagement ring shown here allows the wedding bands to sit snuggly against the band, and can be worn in several different ways.

I am a contemporary jewellery designer maker based in rural Herefordshire. My collection is subtle and pure incorporating clean lines and a soft finish. I pass on my skills through teaching jewellery workshops from my jewellery making studio. All designs are handmade.
